1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Custom orders or personalized items.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Used or installed auto accessories and parts.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly replace it with the same item at no extra charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange an exchange.
